We hope you have had a great week. We are writing today to share with you more information on enrolling in the Hanover County Online School for the 2024-25 school year.
The application for enrollment in the Online School for next school year is now available and will remain open through Thursday, February 1. Families who desire this option must opt-in as in-person instruction remains the default enrollment option for all students. Please note that
the Online School offering is pending the final adoption of the Fiscal Year 2025 budget.

Please read all the information on the page before making a final decision. As noted on the website, submitting an application to the Online School indicates a request and commitment on the part of the student and their family to remain in HCOS for the entire 2024-25 school year, again, pending inclusion in the adopted budget. Additionally, current HCOS students must reapply if they wish to attend in 2024-25.
